Internal Linings were involved in the construction, refurbishment and fit out at 9 Charles Street, set in the heart of Mayfair.  Works included dry lined partitions and feature coffered ceilings throughout. Dry lining was completed  in the basement areas which includes a 55ft/17m swimming pool room together with a gymnasium, steam room, sauna and beauty treatment suite, and shower room.

The main house impresses with its spectacular two storey reception hall and grand sweeping staircase. In addition to the drawing room, the formal first floor dining room and the media room, there is an enormous kitchen/dining/family room.
